  • Biomechanical Improvements
  • Increase in Mobility and Joint Range of Motion
  • Parasypathetic Nervous System Activation (Stress Reduction)
  • Mobility and Stability of the Joints and Overall Kinetic Structure

Phase 2

Neural Drive – Remodeling 

8 – 12 Weeks

  • Increase muscle mass and support large joints through strength training
  • Movement integration
  • Increase in cardiac output through individualized cardio programming
  • Break through perceived physical and mental boundaries/limitations through personalized programming

  • Decompress, reduce stress and routine soreness through our restorative yoga classes
