Tiffany Longcor loves helping people finding and achieving their fitness goals. She grew up athletic, playing collegiate soccer, but really fell in love with fitness after she graduated. Working out at home, she found running and bodyweight training and when she needed a weight to add to her home gym – she found kettlebells and really came into her own.

Tiffany trains and competes in kettlebell sport and she has a passion for teaching others how to use kettlebells. She also enjoys coaching bodyweight exercises, battleropes, conventional weight lifting, and stretching and recovery techniques for a well-rounded training routine. She specializes in helping her students adopt healthy habits and strongly believes that you should move everyday in the ways you love best.
